To call into the hearing (audio only), dial +1 669 900 6833, enter the meeting ID 815 7313 3304, press # when prompted to provide participant ID, and enter passcode 915040 At the hearing, the City Council will consider Resolution 2021-51 amending the City of Winters General Plan by adopting the 2021-2029 Housing Element Update.
The Housing Element of the General Plan is a comprehensive statement by the City of Winters of its current and future housing needs and proposed actions to facilitate the provision of housing to meet those needs at all income levels and to affirmatively further fair housing. The City must update its Housing Element for the 2021-2029 period to comply with State law.
The purpose of the public hearing will be to provide citizens an opportunity to make their comments known. To comment on an item on Zoom, press the “raise a hand” button. If you are joining the meeting by phone, press *9 to indicate a desire to make a comment. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you may direct written comments to the City of Winters, Community Development Department, 318 First Street, Winters, CA 95694 or to email@example.com. In addition, the staff report and draft resolution will be available on the City’s website at https://www.cityofwinters.org starting Friday, September 3, 2021.
