o Nonprofit organizations will have the fees waived. Must show CURRENT STATUS of nonprofit.
City of Winters One Day Business License or Annual License
o One Day License $15
o Annual License $90
Proof of insurance; Certificates of insurance and original endorsements of comprehensive general liability insurance must include the following: o The following statement MUST appear on the Certificate and Endorsement: “Additional Insured Endorsement names the City of Winters, it’s officials, officers, directors, employees, agents, and volunteers as additional insured.”
o Comprehensive General Liability shall not be less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage.
o You must provide the City with certificate of insurance and original endorsements affecting the required coverage. The City will NOT accept a Certificate of Insurance alone as a proof of insurance coverage.
