CITY OF WINTERS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Winters City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. via Zoom at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81573133304?pwd=U3phaUFta1ltWnBuU28rTWcrN3pFUT09 Meeting ID: 815 7313 3304, Passcode: 915040, to consider an Interim Urgency Ordinance , to consider an Interim Urgency Ordinance extending a city-wide moratorium on the issuance of grading permits to allow time for the preparation of a more comprehensive grading ordinance. The current moratorium expires on September 17, 2021. The proposed extension would be for 6 months and would take effect on September 17, 2021. If approved by a four-fifths vote of the City Council, the Interim Urgency Ordinance would take effect immediately. This would not affect any grading permits that have already been issued.
