The City Council of the City of Winters approved the establishment of this fundraising committee at their October 6, 2020, City Council meeting. The Fundraising Committee for Winters Senior Center Furniture & Fixtures has been established to purchase items for the Winters Senior Center, which will soon be under construction, that are not included in grant and CDBG program income funds, which include but are not limited to: tables, chairs, kitchen utensils, televisions, couches, and major appliances as needed. The focus of the committee is to fundraise for the procurement of items needed to operate the Winters Senior Center and for the provision of a dedicated staff member to help operate the Winters Senior Center.
If you would like to donate to the Senior Center Furniture & Fixtures Fund, please send a check to the City of Winters and specify in the memo "FF&E Fund." You will receive a tax donation letter for your contribution.
