  5. Be sure to take your binoculars for the wildlife viewing at Cache Creek Nature Preserve – 34199 County Road 20 - north of Winters west of Woodland – 530-661-1070 – Cache Creek Nature Preserve.
  6. Enjoy a spectacular view of Monticello Dam and see the famous Glory Hole – 9 miles west of Winters on Hwy 128 – Monticello Dam.
  7. A special day of outdoor hiking can be had at Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve – 6 miles west of Winters – Stebbins Cold Canyon Reserve.
