The Economic Development Advisory Committee is a
formal advisory committee established by the Winters City Council on
November 16, 2010, with members appointed at a regular meeting of
the Winters City Council on January 18, 2011. The committee is
tasked with advising the City Council on design guidelines and
business recruitment strategies for the Grant Avenue corridor
between East Street and I-505. The appointed committee members
are as follows:

The following Syllabus of Topics and Meeting
Schedule details the meeting dates, including the community
workshops, discussion topics for each meeting and links to documents
and supplemental materials for each meeting. All of the regular
meetings of the EDAC will be held in the Winters City Council
Chambers. The location of the community meetings are to determined.
